How to get to FlashBios Screen?

Can someone tell me how to get to the FlashBios screen? I can boot into X3CL or directly to Slayer's. I remember there was some way to get directly to Flashbios, but not how.

press the eject and power buttons at the same time. this will boot to the backup flash bios.
