How to i upgrade my BIOS

How do i upgrade my bios? I have 1959 installed, and i want the newest bios. Since flashbios doesnt load anymore, is there an app that will do it via ftp? What do i do?

Go into x3cl and bios tools and flash main rom

theres thousands of tuts on the net on how to do this... i am surprised you didn't find any, of course, if you looked.
