how to improve rgh trinity boot times?

Hi,

you probably heard this a billion timesbefore but i'm having a bit of a problem with a trinity xbox i just did. now all the joints seem to be ok, and i didn't cut the wires or anything but the consoles takes a very long time to boot (10+ cycles) got lucky a time or two and it booted in ~5 i think.

I'm adding photos below to show my setup

I heard that there are alternate points on top of the board or something, maby they will do better? what do you guys think

Try shortening the CPU_RST wire (blue).

Take around 5CM off each time and test or try the POST_OUT QSB.

Try putting your CPU_RST wire under the xclamp see if that helps

i just tried wrapping it all over the place and it helped.... a bit.... now it boots from around ~10 time on the first try and noticeably better on the other tries. but its still luck-based and when i put everything back in place that will probably suck..

next, gonan try out the ear-pick-coil-thingy and later under the xclamp maby. i hope i won't have to try cutting the wires
