how to play NTSC games?

Hey, i was given some games a friend purchased overseas, and they appear to be NTSC, is it possible to play them on my Australian 360? any mod, flash or setting that can be changed or added to allow me to play these?, will the extreme 33 flash help?

No, there is currently no way to play NTSC games on a PAL system.
