RGH How to prepare before RGH

Hello All,

I ordered everything for glitching my Elite Jasper 16MB XBOX360 with Lite-On. I am now on LT1.9 and my Dashboard version is 2.0.12611.0 , yes, I haven't update for a year.

I read the two tutorial threads for RGH posted here. I am just wondering whether to update to the 2.0.13604.0 and LT 2.0 and then glitch, or to glich first and then update ? Any opinions are welcomed, 10x.

Your DVD drive doesn't really matter anymore. It doesn't actually need to be flashed at all, it could be stock, simply because you will be running all your games from the HDD, or at least you should be, as that is one of the main advantages.

Can't remember the last time I used the ODD on a JTAG/Glitched box, but if you do want to flash/update it, for whatever reason, you can do that at any time, before or after you have glitched the console.

Yes i agree.. it doesnt matter if your drive is flashed or not, but i would suggest updating your dash to the latest and anyways you would be playing your games via HDDhttp://www.team-xecuter.com/forums/member.php?u=158718

id worry more about getting the glitch done first then you can always update your drive at a later date as it will rarely be used

Agree with above. Update your dash then glitch. Don't bother with the drive a lot of people get rid of the drive to fit an extra hard drive anyway I have all my boxes glitched or jtagged and never use the drives. In fact one is taken out and attached to pc for ripping purposes only.

Updating the dash is not needed, glitching it will take care of that.

If you do decide to update it, don't update it past 2.0.13604.0
