How to properly upgrade to 7.0?

Hello,
I am currently on OFW 6.2. Haven't created an emunand yet.
If I wanted to play a game that required firmware 7.0, what should I do?

From what I've got I should:
Install SX OS 2.6.1 Beta
Use SX OS to create an Emunand on 6.2
Use ChoiDujourNX to update emunand (and only emunand) to 7.0
Boot CFW and run the game

Are those steps correct?
Is there any risk, anything I should pay attention to?

Yes sound correct, more or less
Start with making a backup of your nand
I would update emunand to 7.0.1, just to have the latest
