in the how to the pic is gone i think so ill just upload a pic (NOT MINE).cpualt.jpg

now just to fix the box you will have to solder a wire from that side of that resistor (R4D4). then solder the other end of the wire to the trace i highlighted in red on your picture here

fubar cpu rst.jpg
it's a little harder than soldering to a pad so i don suggest this if your new to this stuff and this could be your last chance with the cpu-rst but if you think you can handle it scrape the trace, flux it, tin it, then solder a small wire to it, then to the resistor on the top side mobo.

If your not comfortable with the repair thats understandable. Dont try it if your not %100 confident. If you check out the "modding services" or "request a service" sections im sure you can find somebody willing to complete the repair for you. Then you'll be worry free!

definitely try a trace repair on some scrap electronics first if you do go ahead with it because if you think ripping those other pads was easy this repair can be ripped off very easily if your not careful and you dont want to lose that resistor on the top side because then you will be almost completely out of options. ive fixed one where a guy ripped all the pads and the resistor and it was a little tricky because you start running out of trace to solder to on both end of the cpu_rst line because they run under the xcgpu

it looks like your ft4r2 pad got ripped off as well as c5r11 and if that is the case yes you need to use r4d4 and the trace i have highlighted in your picture...
if ft4r2 is ok use it and jumper it to the trace
