you need to dump the nand of the 360, then write xell and get you cpu key.
all of the info you require is in the jtag and nand-x sections of the forum.

It depends on ur dash if u can dump the NAND tho anything over 7xxxxx and ur outa luck m8. To find out what mobo u got go to the jtag guide and look at what type if power connecter u got on ur mobo.
