I had an Emunand and I updated to 6.3 beta and I lost the emunand, I formatted my SD and my Switch and now I lost the space in my real Nand, I only have 10gb. How can I restore my whole space?? There's no option to delete emunand in Sx boot menu ...

Since you have already wiped everything, I would suggest using the Nintendo recovery menu. You can get to it by holding the + and - buttons while pressing the power button. Make sure the console is fully powered off first.

Try using older SXOS file before 2.3(one you were on when you made emunand probably best) then try to delete emunand.
Possible 2.3 not deleting since the older way was different from 2.3

I'm having the same trouble. I can't remember exactly what version I created the EmuNAND with. I have a few switches. I tried with 2.1, 2.2 but still only have 11 gig of system space. Can you add a fix to allow deleting of old emuNAND with newer 2.5x beta please. That is how good software would work. Thanks, Happy New Year

That is what did once they added the option to have it on the SD card. Wiping from the Nintendo recovery menu cleared up the space for me.
