LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM How to retrieve the dummy.bin if your PCB SATA is messed up

I have a Liteon DG-16D4S FW 0401


and I'm unable to retrieve my dummy.bin, because my sata output of the PCB Broke, and it keeps saying no drive detected on the JF.

is there another way to retrieve the dummy.bin

if someone can do for me, I can post it tomorrow,

pictures of your sata jack please, it can likely be repaired.

I can Pay someone to retrieve the dummy.bin from this Unlocked PCB TX and transfer to another new one that I just purchased, Please help. thank you

search the forums here for modders/repair guys close to you,and arm them with the pics,someone will pick it up.

i can do it no problem but im in the usa. post is cheap though for uk > usa and vice versa. i only pay $1.75 post for small items like that to the uk. and its only about 3-4 days.

Since this is a replacement did you ever save your original dummy.bin? Did you keep your original PCB?

If you have the original PCB, solder it back in the drive, than retrieve dummy.bin

Cut up a SATA cable and solder it directly to the PCB?

I could do it for you, but I'm in the Netherlands.
