Depends on which method you will be using. If we assume, you are gonna go for the qsbs:
Naturally, you power on your iron. You clean your board and apply flux to the points. Then, when your iron is hot, apply solder to it, and then use your iron to move the solder to your points. Rememer only to apply extra solder to the points you will actually need, and not to much! (You dont want a lot, but just a little extra top to makes it easier later). Now, you put your qsb in place. again, you apply flux to both your points and the metal on the qsbs, and then you apply some solder to make the point and the qsb connect. With flux, this is easy. Do this to all the points. And if you use a non-no-clean flux, you clean it up WELL.

If you want to use the wire method, search google. plenty of stuff out there.
