How to troubleshoot frag?

Hello,

Installing a 2.6 on a v1.6b for the first time. I've followed all the directions to a T, using the rebuild board, double and triple checked all solder joints and connections, yet the thing still does the "power on/off twice then red/green flash" thing with the chip enabled. Any further Ideas? thanks!!

Turns out, the LPC rebuild board was causing me issues. I desoldered it, and did it with the wires instead, and it booted up fine.
