How to update EmuNAND with SX Core/Lite and without Choidujour NX (offline method needed) ?

How to update an EmuNAND with SX Core/Lite modchip on board and without Choidujour NX software ?
I'm looking for a safe offline method.

Well, if you dont mind reinstalling games and save data. Just update your official firmware through nintendo and recreate Emunand to your sd card. It will then replicate whatever firmware your sysnand is in.

Can I just update the sysnand via original menu and leave the emunand as it is?
For example: to play Super Mario Maker 2 online on sysnand, and any other games on emunand

Yes, your emunand is untouched even if you update your sysnand, so whatever you do in sysnand is separate to emunand and vice versa. That is of course if you are booting into ofw and cfw separately.
