How to update Firmware automatic (not banned unit)

Hello. My current FW is ver 6.2.0. Would like to ask how to update to 7? Im using SX OS. Can i just remove the SD card then boot normaly then update FW?

You could update online with the risk of getting banned since you have mod your console

Removing the SD card really does not prevent you from getting banned. There may be logs on your switch that show that you have done some modding which could get you banned.

I personally don’t care about being banned, so I update my Sysnad via Nintendo and my Emunand via Choi using the guide posted above.

can u explain emu nand and sysnad difference plz? I red everything but still dont understand.
