How to update Genuine Dev Kit to 16747

Hi there has a devkit I am trying to update it to 16747
i read the NAND soldering the wires on the pin headers.. Got the NAND.. Then tried flash360.. Then tried hvx app and the CPU key is encrypted and jrunner cannot decrypt it.

i need the CPU key to build an image but I can't get it! It's a jasper bb dev kit.. Anyone know how to update these pieces of garbage!

I'm thinking Rgh2.0 grab CPU key then flash back to dev kit with original NAND.. this is quite difficult hoping this would work?

I'm thinking you shouldnt be owning a devkit. Obtain the latest recovery and use that.
