How to update the firmware of Sx Pro?

I will buy the dongle but before this im learning about him so i searched everywere and don't find this information, anyone know's how?

(Im asking this because when swich system update we have to update the dongle right?)

So the "SX OS" att is only for people who do not have the dongle? People who have the dongle don't need to att?
