how to use the X2 5035 features?

I have had a modded xbox for about 6months which had the evo-x dashboard and an old x2 bios. Today i flashed it again with the newer x2_5035_vOld_512k.bin. How do i use the features of the X2 bios? For example how do i Set Xbox LED Color (green,red,orange,cycle)?

Thanks for any help on this matter as i am a n00b at flashing my xbox.
