HTTP Flashing

So, I made it to the Bios Flashing Screen! Hooray! Ok...now I have a few questions. What exactly do I need (materials) to HTTP flash? I don't feel like going out and buying some DVD-R's right now. I have a several different kinds of cables as well as a hub and router. All help appreciated.

setup up a network by following the network tutorials on www.xbox-scene.com

then follow the http flashbios guide from the xecuter home page.

Its p1ss easy... when the network is set up enter the Xbox IP address in the IE search bar and when it loads you just click browse for the relevant bios....

When U press upload it does the rest for you just follow the prompts...
