Havn't u posted this question b4??
so u have a cross over cable between them...right??

you have to set up you network card to be in the same broadcast domain..

assuming winxp
start/control panel/network connection
right click on local area network and select properties
double click on internet protocol (TCP/IP)
ip address 192.168.0.5
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.0.1
the click ok and reboot..
disable firewall and ping yourself 192.168.0.5 u should get a reply..once thats right u should reach the xbox on 192.168.0.99.

switches should be set on,on,off, off, off if its the old control panel
if its the new panel then set off (red),on (blue),on (blue) ,off, off

you just ftp the extracted files to c:

two folders ..media & shoutcast
and two files avalaunch.xbe & avalaunch.xml

then go into CFL and configure dashboard boot ootion to put avalaunch at the top
