I am so confused and stressed

I am trying to Flash my bios on my X3 chip. I have seen lots of diferent ways on how to do it. What is the officual way to install the bios. If any of you know, I need the know how to find the bios, and step by step on how to install it...

Help would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help me.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if u go to www.teamxecutors.com click on the 1.0-1.5 install go all the way to the bottom theres a link click it and it tells you how to install it. there all good ways to install it. but i heard the http is the easiest way to install it.
