I been stupid, problem with HD

Heya guys, I've been pretty stupid (I guess), this is the problem:

Before i took out my stock HD, i accidently formatted it (dont ask how that happened :O ) Anyways, I built in my 200gig HD.. But now i'm thinkin to get xbox live, i've read i will have to use my stock HD with the 'normal' files on C: and E:... But i have formatted my stock HD! So there are actually no files on C: and E:! is there a way to get my stock xbox HD back into it's original state? I have a 1.4 crystal xbox with a phillips drive..

I think the latest slayers disk will let you install the m$dash to a new (or old) drive

yes slayers will set the hdd back up correctly....just put a newer game in though and let it update the dash also....
