I believe my xbox may have been flashed before i bought it

Hi there, My friend came to my house the other day with a burned game and we put it in my box for the hell of it, it said play game, but the power went out before we could try, i had opened my xbox before to hotswap and it seemed to open way too easily and there also seemed to be a screw missing, do you think it has been flashed, if so im a total noob so how do I burn disks for use, if it is flashed I'd love to burn Black Ops 3
