Last night I was trying to reposition the CR to make room in the case for 2 80mm replacement fans. In the process I pulled the attached wire off of the R4B24 point. I tried soldering it back on but it was a pain and burned up my point. I ran a new wire to the alternate point on the back of the board as described but when I went to boot it up I get 0 response. Using a mulitmeter I tested the the R4B24 pad on the left to the resister. I get a beep. I set the mulitimeter to 20k and using the same points I am getting 8.5. I have read this forum from page 1-8 http://www.xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74992 but I’m still not sure what to do to fix this. I tried posting a reply asking help in the forum but I guess I’m too new and want to keep me in newbie land. Are the results from the test good or bad? Do I need to replace the resister or just the jumpwire?
