I Can't Find The Bios

okay im not new to this or anything but i just cant seem to find the 1959 bios build anywhere i mean where the hell do i get it from please help me out here guys

0003 Error any help?

hey does anyone know anything about the 0003 error besides its from the console not getting clean power.anyone ever fix this problem and if so how do i go about fixing it myself?
