i cant get cromwell 2.40 off modchip

i have a xbox v1.0 i install a xecuter 3 ce and i flash it with cromwell bios 2.40 on bank off on off off i want to change it to x3 3294 i have no cd rw that work on the xbox i dont have a dvd burner i am trying to flash it via http:// but its not working i get the first page when i click on upload and flash it dont all i get is the page cannot be displayed my firewall is off i have try to turn off my antivirue. I am connecting throught a hub. and can some on tell what cd rw are good to ues and is a crossover cable a better way to flash my bios

or power eject at same time they should have flashbios 3.0.1
