Have you read this?: http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=96752

12 Volts at 10.83A generally implies a Trinity, whereas 12 Volts at 9.6A generally implies a Corona. The only thing I can make out on your label is 12 Volts...what else does it say?

That looks like a 16MB NAND.

Which resistors are present/missing below the J2C3 header?

Does the motherboard have it's POST_OUT?

Does the motherboard have a HANA chip? google what one looks like if you don't know. Corona's do not have HANA chips, Trinity's do. This can be an identifying factor for you.

Ok i'm only going to type this once.

1st: Solder on the QSBs (or the cables)
2nd: Solder on the Coolrunner or Proto V2
3rd: Program the coolrunner (if using Proto V2 ignore this step)
4th: Reed your nand, make sure you dont have any bad blocks and make 2 or more back ups
5th: Wright the ECC file
6th: Get the CPU key and DVD key. Make 3 or more back ups.
7th: create the unlocked boot image. (sorry cant remember the official name)
8th wright the file with the CPU key in the wright box.
and finally boot and play.
