i forgot everything

i have been out of the xb game for a few months and i got a new computer and didn't switch my files over and i cant remember where to get anything

like all of the bios flashing ultilities and the bios and slayer

could you guys please tell me where to go and what to get

i know how the process works i have done it before (but do to an slow connection i was not able to install slayer)

i just need the programs and where to find the latest bios

like last time i checked i couldn't get the latest x3 bios off of there
