i get flash bios 3.03 but no options to flash.

I have a 1.6 b, I am using the second bank, Flash bios 3.03 loads up, but i dont get the four usual options for flashing. I normally http upgrade the bios(enable network option). I have done plenty of xboxs, but this is my first 1.6b. I have read all the 1.6b topics, but i havent seen this problem anywhere.

Please help.

what do you get
or is it you can't move in the options if so you need a ms controller not aftermarket

I get this screen for about 30 secs:

FLASH BIOS 3.0.3
for help visit team xecuter(http .. etc)

Flash type: XECUTER3 (2048K)
BOOT: start USB init
Initializing IDE controller


Then it goes to this:

FLASH BIOS 3.0.3
for help visit team xecuter(http...etc)

ATA 48-bit LBA Supported
HDD: WDC WD200JB-OOGVC0 0802D08 200.49 GB


and just stays there.

I have tried flashing a chip in my v1.0 and hot swapping, but then it gives me an error code 7 insted of taking me into the CONFIG LIVE screen, even when i hold down the white button. I am using an original ms controler.

Doesn't seem to be reading the modchip properly.
Reseat the modchip or check your install for anything that might be out of place.

Another option is to swap the modchip and see if another one functions properly, this will give you a better clue if it is your install or modchip.
