i got a couple of questions about Dashlaunch/Launch.ini

hi TX members , im fiddling with J-Runner software preparing for my first RGH attempt in the future and i was wondering on 2 things...............


after i have ticked ' Use Dashlaunch ' and then used Launch.ini to my liking , if i want to change some of the options in Launch.ini in the future how do i do that after ive fully RGH the console ?

i want to put XBLA and DLC on a external hard drive along with my XBOX 360 games and ive read the below

ok ..most people are having problems with their dlc on a rgh as they have set their contpatch incorrectly in dashlaunch
With all versions of dashlaunch up to 2.28 and 2.31 contpatch must be set to true
For versions 2.29 & 2.30 it must be set to false

Dashlaunch is at 3.12 what should i set the option to in Launch.ini ?

AFAIK XBLA and DLC dont work too well on an external hdd, XBLA does when correctly extracted, but DLC needs to be in the hdd1 storage or MU

superb info gaz ive been trying to learn how to DLC on external but with your info it seems pointless learning anymore , now im switching on how to install it on HDD1.


im gonna do some more research on how to extract XBLA
