Check your flashdrive that you put the Xtreme53 firmware on. It stores a backup of your original firmware on it.

Direct Quote From Textbooks Tutorial:
Backup Your Original Firmware!

Boot into Windows. Go to the C: drive, the XTREME folder, and find
your orig.bin in the BACKUPS folder. This is your Xbox 360 drive
firmware and needs to be kept safe! Make a copy of the file. Then
make another one on another drive. Then make another somewhere
else. Email it to yourself. You get the drift.
Basically find the orig.bin and use that to reflash it back!
(Hope I didnt break a rule by using that quote!)

The bottom line is he needs his unique drive key, ideally from his orig.bin file.

If he doesn't have his orig.bin you can *try* reading the hacked 5.3 firmware from his drive and then extracting the key from it, but chances are the key isn't right in the 5.3 firmware or else the drive would be working now.

If he doesn't have his orig.bin and the key can't be extracted from the hacked firmware then his only option would be to buy a new motherboard with a new key from ebay or somewhere. That's why it's stressed so heavily in the tutorial that you make several safe copies of your orig.bin file.
