I have a serious problem, Payload freezes SX OS menu and then not turn On Switch.

As the title says, right now I was in the SX OS menu and when I hit the Payload button the menu freezes, i try to turn off the console as they say in another thread pressing 10s or more the power button the console,but no longer lights up and turn on, I'm missing something I do not know? or do I really have the brick console? I need help.

I find the solution, if it helps: For strange reason when sxos menu freeze, from that moment, the dongle magically stopped recognizing the console, after trying several times using the pc with the TegrarcmGUI I managed to launch the SXOS in autorcm mode, I disconnected the usb cable from the console to the pc and I put the dongle and checked that the green light came on, then I turned off the console, I waited 1 minute and I turned on the console with power-Vol + and I uninstalled the autorcm from the SXOS menu and now I still have to use the jig every time turn on and everything works correctly.

you could also read in the Beta Section of the forum,
it's confirmed that this is a bug, and is fixed for the next update
