Thank you for the quick reply, i have tried the 330 ohm wiring, diode method, jtag kit 8, xenon e79 jtag kit.. I've tried all of them and none were successful, i cant post pictures at the moment because i dont have a camera, but i tested my soldering with a continuity test and it was all fine. I also know the nand reads are correct because i can reflash the stock nand and it boots perfectly fine. im using the nand-x to read it.

Try following this tut for the transistor resistor part:-
http://www.boxxdr.com/boxxdrjtag.html.Then go to page 4 of this link and use the points relevant to your xenon mobo, in pics at the bottom:-http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=719652&st=45. It helped me with my install. Like yourself I had good nand dumps but could not boot xell.Used both types of xenon qsbs,no luck. Followed these instructions and whamo straight into xell.

Sorry the first link does not work but if you google Boxxdr Method For InstallingTransistor jtag. You should be able to find it.I think I also saw it here a while back .

In case you didn't notice this in your search, here is a cool video of boxxdr's transistor install with aud_clamp.Obviously you will only follow the transistor resistor part then connect wires from the resistors to J1F1-3 and J1F1-4.

That method is no good for a Xenon because as STEVEP1978 rightly said, the BoXXDr method is for HDMI consoles only.
I use the BoXXDr transistor wiring on Xenons without any problem.

Back to the OP's issue, you'll need to post pics of your wiring before we continue. Also state how you're getting XeLL flashed to your NAND.
