I have got the open tray error

So i have got the open tray error on my Trinity slim with a DG-16D4S drive

I was wondering how to fix what causing is the problem because my drive is messed up i cant do the new console update so i wondering what was making it get the open tray error it it the laser what needs replacing ?

Is this a stock drive? If so it's most likely the laser, if not we require more detail with regard to what you've done

Check and make sure your worm and spindle motors are working also. I've had a few throw open tray at me because of bad motors as well.
