You will need to rebuild the ISO to an XBOX 360 size ISO. The layerbreak will be "1913776" when you burn to DL disc. I used to do this with XDVDMulleter. Here try this:

I followed the same tutorial to the letter, but the time i'd finished padding the iso etc, all the ss, dmi, pfi files were present and checked in the iso. Layerbreak was created at 1913776, as far as I could tell, everything was spot on. But when I try to play it in my console, the game was recognized in the dashboard but always fails to start. Keep getting an error message saying "Game cannot start, try downloading again". The game I tried was House Of The Dead 3 which started off as a 756mb iso.
