I Installed My Demon Before Using Toolbox

You can still "test" your DemoN, but make sure that the switch is set to PC and the XBOX 360 power cable is NOT plugged in.

the toolbox is just used to install the drivers, download the drivers from here ( http://www.mediafire.com/?bohn2bl2irbyb7a ) and install and you should be fine

The first three things I look for while troubleshooting Demon installs is:
1) check for shorts
2) plug it in and verify you can toggle NANDs
3) verify it boots on the stock NAND.
If any or all the above fails you most likely will have issues detecting the Demon in JR and/or Demon Toolbox. In guessing this is your case so images are a must.
