i messed up now i need help

ok i just moded my xbox ...flashed my chip and got evox working on it... but while ftping i deleted all the evox files... now i cant ftp onto my xbox becuase i only have a MS dashboard and i cant get back to my x3 dashboard becuase i choose the option that said not to boot to it... so can anyone tell me how to get back to the x3 dashboard or just completly reset my chip?

hold the white button to get back to the x3 BIOS menu where you will be able to ftp stuff over

need some help flashing

im currently sitting on firmware 1.6 something, haven't updated in awhile, i have a samsung drive in my xbox that has been spoofed as a liteon (as my liteon was swaped out for the sammy), im going to be updating to LT 1.0 which is the latest for the samsung, what i want to know is once i update to LT how do i go about playing games such as fable 3? do i need to use abgx to patch them and then play the games? and do i need to update to the new dashboard?

you must get a lite-on and flash that to LT+
