i messed with the bios

i was playing around with the bios trying to make my xbox look kool and sh*t when i whent in to settings when the first vidio and keepet hitting heys but nothing happend so i restart my xbox to se my screen scrolling down the tv fast and i cant read anything someone plz help me im me on aim or reply to this post i think all i need to do is reset the bios but idk how

if someone can help me with this thought.... isn't this the problem with the wrong video settings....like the wrong pal...or something like that.... it's just a matter of selecting the right ones.... u can do it even though the screen looks as if its scrolling..... u just need someone to map out the right directions and u should have it...

i can't remember the post either.... and i don't have my xbox with me this week....or i would have told ya which things to push....

what you should of did since I told you I posted is to search what I have posted with the search btn and then you would of found this:

First go into the x3bios which is hold down white durring boot and just hold it for a lil while since you can't see the screen. If you flashed something other than x3bios on you chip than you will need to get the x3bios back on or this will not work thru the button method. Once in x3bios press:

Down 4x
A
Down
A

Then you will will get this menu:
PAL 1 <= For this one press A
NTSC U <= For this one press Down and then A
NTSC J <= For this one press Down, Down, and then A

Pick which ever one is yours, this will fix the Region.


Also which video did you change? REGION or Size(WideScreen)
