dont spoof the drive..
dump the drive then open the benq 2.0 firmware and manual spoof but only spoof the key. leave as a benq. there is no need to spoof anymore.

alright benq is back for what ever reason my cpu was actin up and wouldnt read it and the 360 was sayin e 65
so i dropped an old sammy in there and jus double checked the benq and my cpu was readin again
crashed pretty hard
ima double check or re spoof and make sure i hit that spoof to target button then boot er up
i know there has been a couple of updates from what ive heard 1 resets all your shebang and the other cacks your ap2.5 and v3 er something what can u guys tell me about this? i was getting the update from mw3 when i got e65 so....
i will get back with my current dash asap 10 min??

im on dash 2.0.12625.0

the e65 is due to spoofing. as i say dont need to spoof anymore.

also the samsung isnt capable of ap25 checks so when you drop an xgd3 or ap25/ap26 title in you will get either e65 or other error.
you really need a benq / liteon / hitachi 78/79 UNSPOOFED to be able to play newer xgd3 titles.

also you will need to use a liteon to update as thats the drive thats supposed to be in there. find a liteon or borrow a liteon and flash back to stock with YOUR key then update to 13599 (if the drive is borrowed then make sure 100% to dump the drive and keep the key safe for when you flash it back). once updated drop any drive in unspoofed that can handle ap25 checks

i have to have what was an original drive in the console?
ie lite on-lite on = updated dash?

right now i have the benq in the(lite on) console runnin 2.0 but i cant recieve the update it just give me an error code

things i have thought about trying to by pass this are disconnect the sata cable to drive and try and update
or go back to lt 1.1 and then try and update. other then that im beat

if i can get a loan of a lite on your sayin flash it to stock with my keys
put in my console
update
then reflash the drive back to what ever firmware was read off of it?

i have various ofw for liteon could i apply lite on ofw to the benq update and carry on?

If there was another way to do it then dont you think it would have been documented or people would have told you about it?

There isnt so it doesnt matter if you take the drive out etc etc. You have to have the correct drive.

1. borrow a liteon drive
2. dump the liteon drive and retrieve / dump the original key so you can flash it back
3. open the 360 and remove the benq
4. dump the benq and copy and paste the key to a notepad txt file
5. hook the liteon drive up and load in the dummy.bin you dumped in step 2
6. do not auto load firmware and open the stock firmware files
7. load in the pre 13146 liteon firmware and manual spoof and paste the key in from step 4
8. erase and flash the drive
9. drop the liteon into your console and update to 13599 should go error free
10. remove the liteon and load the dump from step 2 and auto load firmware lt2.0
11. erase and flash and give the drive back to whoever you lent it from
12. hook up the benq and dump the drive.
13. auto load firmware lt2.0
14. manual spoof only your key if its needed so you have benq lt2.0 with YOUR key from step 4 and NOT spoofed
15. flash and put back in console
16. play your backed up orignal games
17. ask santa for some reading glasses so you could have pieced all 16 steps together yourself
18. accept the flames and embarassement of having to have information spoon fed to you
19. be a santa yourself and hit the big red thansk button down there ----------------------------------------------------------------->>>>>>>>>>>vvvvvvvvvvv

its a 7485

my question is how important is the calibration data?
im usin ck3 probe 2 and what im guessin is the ck3 pro do jiggy box thing>>>>lol
i would rather just probe the key from the new drive
but if the calibartion data is

so correct me if i am wrong, you do have the time to "try" to modify an xbox 360 to play backup copies of original games you own, BUT you do not have the time to read the instructions on how to do so?

although calibration data does sound important C4EVA has pointed out that it isnt and everything should be fine without it.
id just go with the probe.

listen bud if you've read any of this thread you would know that i dont have to "try" to modify a 360. i'm very well capable of doing such a process.

and if your so smart maybe you can show me the direction as to where the instructions are.. about
later versions of jf dont support lt 2.0

or the instructions as to where it says you have to have an original drive in the console to update the dash and then you can put what ever drive in there

oh wait how about the fact that when ap 2.5 dropped
i was told by a professional shop you "need" to have an original drive for the said spefic console....

but yet I've ben runnin a benq spoofed as a lite on the whole time????:eek2:

ill probably update the lite-on to lt 2.0 when i have a chance in about 20 hrs er so...
although i may put the ben-q back in (quiet drive)
