i need help chip installed now how do i do all the stuff to my x3 chip please help

alright i but my x3 chip and the blue screen pops up and tells me

lock hard drive
unlock hard drive
load bios from hard drive
load bios from disc

i want to know how and where to get a bios and how to put it in my fricken xbox i am running a 1.1 xbox witht he new x3 chip in i need to know what to do after i put the mod chip in on like how to flach it and where i can get the bios to put on my xbox i already have winrar to decrompress the files i need to know how to load the bios on my xbox and stuff like that
