I'd kill to find a JTAG just lying around , lucky you. As stated use keys from Free60 to rebuild a nand , note this console will never be able to get retail nand again though but JTAG's are the tits when it comes to boot times.

You can always dump the nand, and recover the KV, and recreate the retail image for live. I wouldnt suggest it though, as jtag has the best boot times.

Dont think he has the rest of the Nand as the system boots to xell (Free60) from power on to my knowledge if I can remember that far back XBReboot and Freeboot were the 2 Rebooters used in conjuction with full Nand dump ,Free60 was only written to the first few bytes of nand , I may be wrong as this was ages ago , but have to agree with you on sticking to JTAG

the kv could still be on there, and have a cocked up smc or bad block preventing it from actually booting.check for kv first by dumping whats on it always!

Gentlemen I stand corrected then...can only know for sure if OP goes and does a Nand dump.
