i need help with bios and evox

i flashed my chip with the latest X3 BIOS now do i need evox to make backups of my games or i can do it withoust evox plz help me i new in this world

You need a dashboard, which one you use doesn't really matter. Evox dash is good for first timers, Xbox Media Centre is my dashboard of choice!

do you know computers fairly well? Basically the X3 CL is like your bios setup as you bootup your computer. The Dashbaord is like windows. It allows you to do all the cool stuff you want to do like run applications and put your games in a menu to play off the Hdd.

I guess in short your right. You do need evox.

Get bios X3_3294 from xbins and while your there get evox version 3935

It depends on how big the bios is.If it is a 1mb bios then you need switch 1 and 2 to be on and 3,4 and 5 to be off. The x3 bios is 1mb. If you are going to flash your chip wit the evox bios after you have flashed the x3 bios then the switchs should br set to on,on,off,on. 2 -X3 3294.bin
3 -x3_script.ini
4 -x3skins
is this a real bios
and does ity work with evox
