i need help with bios

i flashed my x3 chip and it loaded fine but when i went to turn it on blue it jus loads for 1 sec and thenrestarts and then it loads again and restarts, and finaly when it stays on, the led flashes red and there is no video or audio.

What do? i do

3.01 is a cromwell bois that allows u to flash ur chip with the xecuter bios. It wont run the xbox. The chip came with version 3.03. Be specific in what u used and what u did.

the chip came with 3.0.0 so i guess i need to know exactly what to do because the tutorial didnt help me or sumthing i dled the bios from the team executer site and it did the thing that i said in the first post. so im still not sure how to go about getting it to work. i set the jumpers to 0n 0n off off off and i loaded the bios on the blue color. it said sumehre to load the backup bios but i dont know how to is it jus hte purple color this is my first chipping so this is kinda hard for me i checked my soldering and i dont see anything wrong if you need to contact me indepth jus email me. Are you using a cd/dvd to flash or are you using FTP?

cd-rw but i was thinking like what should i use to make the iso, b/c i use qwix but mayby im not doing it right
i dl'ed the latest bios today and tried it again and i rechecked the solders and i alsomade sure the chips flash protection is off.

i also think it might have sumthing to do with the little dial on the chip.

am i supposed t use the little thing that fits into the chip with all the wires on it too b/c it didnt say anything about it in the tutorial.


i havve a version 1.6

Did you unzip (open) the Bios 1959 with a winrar reader before you made your cd? If not locate a reader (google search winrar) and download/install and then open your ver. of 1959 and use the 1959_plus16 version and make a new cd. Also I find NERO works best for burning cd/dvd. You can get a free trail at nero.com
