i need help with the bios install on my xbox v1.6

i just recently modded my v1.6 xbox with a xecuter 3 chip it is installed i tried a bios a friend gave me and it installed but now the xbox goes on off on off then on and the led blinks red/green i read that that could be a bad bios so now i need to know what to do and if i need a new bios where to download it and what to do next

use x3_3294v16 bios that's the latest one i think for 1.6 version and you can find it #xbins mirc

Make sure u do not have a 1.6b check for hynix ram..

to install this on a 1.6b you need your switches set to off,on,off,off to boot up the flashbios...then and this is important
whilst it is still switched on change the switches to on,on,off,off and then flash the x3 bios to this location.
failure to do this will overwrite your only working flashbios on a 1.6b.
Once you have a bios with CFL then you can enter ConFig Live and reflash your backup bios with 3.03 flashbios.

for a 1.6 do the same but start with on,on,off,off and switch to off,on,off,off before you flash. At least with a 1.6 u still have backup bios but still better to overwrite the 3.03 flashbios as its useless to a 1.6
