I NEED help!!!!!!!!!!!

i have x3_3294, ok and I tried burning it to a disk with nero, the same as the directions sat i rename the x3 294 to bios and then i make the dummy file, i burn it to a disk and when i try to flash it with flash disc, it says waiting for drive.

Xbox DVD drives can be very fussy as to what media they can and cant read. Try a different brand of disc and burn it as slow as possible.
