evrytime i turn on my xbox it just turns on 3 times then it flashes green and red i've tried everything and i don't know what to do i need some help!!!

what bios have flashed to your chip?
which chip do you have?
which box version do you have?
what happens when you swtich banks?
which install did you do?
did the box ever actually boot even once, if not, then its most likely a problem with your install.
alright well i watched a dvd on it and then i fell asleep i woke up in the middle of the night and turned it off in the morning i woke up and turned it on and it started acting all weird so i took all the cords out and put them back in but the same thing kept happening so i tryed to switch the banks and the xbox finally turned on but it went to a screen that said call customer support??!!
my chip is a x-ecuter 2.0
and i'm pretty sure that my box version is a 1.3
05 is an error that your HDD isn't locked. Mod BIOSes don't care about this (at least the Xecuter BIOSes I've used, can't speak for everything) but this will stop the retail BIOS cold. It sounds like you are not currently booting off your chip.
