LITEON 0225 I need some help

hello i need some help with alot of things and i hope you will answer my questions:
1)i have a liteon 0225 drive and i have a slim and i had a game store flash my xbox in a lab(i dont live in the us)
so they replaced my PCB to the TX PCB(white one) so i was woundering if i can get my dummy,key and other files from that pcb if it was flashed before i have LT+ 1.91
2)what are all the tools i need to flash the xbox 360 slim 0225 liteon drive and i need all of them (to make it easier :p)
3)is it a confusing process to flash it and if possible can you give me a video tutorial

i found the info i need except for this question
please try to answer it
1)can i get dummy,key files from the replacement pcb
(it was flashed before but not by me and not in my pc so i dont have them)

Yes you can.
The drive key information is stored in the PCB board (otherwise it wouldn't work at all), so you should be able to get the key from your replacement board.
You just need to follow the instructions for key extraction corresponding to the firmware version.

Just flash as if it you are doing the Original PCB!

As in the jungle flasher tutorial! The bit that says README

thank you so much ok now im sure i can get the key and dummy thanks to this forum :)
but i have 1 final question.
when im flashing do i need to restore to stock and update with flash drive?
or i need to restore to stock and update online

to get you dummy of a tx pcb

just click the intro button.
once in vendor mode click the read button.
it will then read the drive then save your file.

return your drive to stock,then update your dash,when thats done,reflash your drive with LTPlus-0225-v3.0

1. First of all and before you attempt any updates, dump your key and save it.
2. Flash back to stock
3. Apply all updates manually using an Xbox360 original game (borrow one from a friend or rent it at blockbuster if there's one). You can also use the usb stick drive method if you are 100% sure how to do it. I prefer the original Xbox game method though.
4. Go online and take the "silent" update
5. flash to lt 3.0

yah i understand but why i need to update with an original game?
the only original i have is kinect adventures xD
and its pretty simple to update with flash drive
1)download the update from microsoft site
2)unzip it and put the files in a flash drive
3)put the flash drive in while the xbox is off
4)turn on the xbox and update
right?
