ok i hav contact only reseller,can delete this thread it ok,they now tell me they contact ups for fix.
Problem is before i think ups need refound me,and not the reseller,but ok now i understand,thanks for help me and explain.
He has yet to even say what reseller he purchased from. He could have bought from a fake store. In that case, the situation has nothing to do with anyone here or the official resellers, lol. If you purchased from a genuine reseller, its the easiest thing in the world to just contact them to have it fixed without a problem.
"whitout a problem" is not true,coz actually i lose 2 month for nothing,lose the $ money about the shipping and lose probabily 25% of what i pay.
And all this for nothing coz i dont receive what i order.
And reseller is official coz is in the tx reseller official page,but i dont want tell the name coz i not want put "sh*t" at someone,coz they is not bad,i order already 2 time from they and i never hav problem,only i hav want understand how to make refound,and now that oggy and other people help me i understand and will try.
1. The reseller send you good items, then it has been lost by UPS, found by someone, returned to overgoods and they re-send back to you wrong package...

Yes now i do it they tell me they contact ups for info.
"2. If you can't then call UPS again and say them that they send you wrong package. Explain them that's package were probably switched during re-packing and try to get your money back from them."
No ups tell me they refound only the reseller cant refound to me.
