OK i got to ask what makes you think UPS has anything to do with you getting the wrong items and getting your money back from them? They have nothing to do with wrong items you got. UPS is just a shipping company all they do is pick up packages from one location and send/ship them to another. Well unless the package looks like its been opened already but you have to contact the person/company you bought the items from and talk to them about getting your money back or getting the items you actually bought.

But i highly doubt you get this from a official reseller. This seems more like a scam from a ebay seller. I have never heard of any company on the resellers list called corporate over goods.

From the shipping blanket we can read that this package was send by corporate overgoods. When I wrote this phrase in Google I've got this :

It seems that your package were lost by UPS, and it was returned by someone. There are 2 possibilities.
1. The reseller send you good items, then it has been lost by UPS, found by someone, returned to overgoods and they re-send back to you wrong package...
2. The reseller send you this crap, then it has been lost by UPS, found by someone, returned to overgoods and re-send back to you...

In both situations you were extremely unlucky... or lucky according to re-sending this package after it was lost :)

1. Call your reseller where you've bought those postfix and try to get your money back.
2. If you can't then call UPS again and say them that they send you wrong package. Explain them that's package were probably switched during re-packing and try to get your money back from them.

I've never heard about corporate_overgoods before, so all I wrote is based on 3+ minutes Google knowledge :) Hope it helps.

I'd say it's not fraud but simply a mistake at the resellers end, and if you contacted them, like most people would, they would be more than happy to resolve and be somewhat apologetic.

He has yet to even say what reseller he purchased from. He could have bought from a fake store. In that case, the situation has nothing to do with anyone here or the official resellers, lol. If you purchased from a genuine reseller, its the easiest thing in the world to just contact them to have it fixed without a problem. :)

Defnitely seems like ups screwed up packages / consignees - but even UPS stated the obvious, contact seller/sender.

"whitout a problem" is not true,coz actually i lose 2 month for nothing,lose the $ money about the shipping and lose probabily 25% of what i pay.
And all this for nothing coz i dont receive what i order.
And reseller is official coz is in the tx reseller official page,but i dont want tell the name coz i not want put "sh*t" at someone,coz they is not bad,i order already 2 time from they and i never hav problem,only i hav want understand how to make refound,and now that oggy and other people help me i understand and will try.

No ups tell me they refound only the reseller cant refound to me.
