Man, I cant believe the kind of support offered for a product purchased. I have now bought 2 chips from Team Xecuter and cannot get any support whatsoever. Does my money mean so llittle? Would suck to get my bank to remove those charges from my card, but not for me. Guess I'll start looking at other chip makers for mod chips.

As stated above, how can we help you if you don't post a problem? Plus, you didn't buy the chips from Team Xecuter, so you won't be hurting them at all, it is the reseller that will feel it, but your measly two chips won't matter.

There is no ftp problem. I can ftp just fine, i have another 2.6 chip that flashes just fine but this other give me the error unknown flash in the flashbios 3.0.3 and in evox, says unflashable. So I have been trying to find out if the guys at xecuter have anything where I can return my chip in exchange for a new one or at least at a discount.

As I said before, talk to the reseller, you did not buy the chip from team xecuter.

Will do but thats weird. Normally the company that makes something is usually interested in their product working 100%

When you have probelms with things you buy from a store do you send them directly back to the manufacturer? No, you bring them to the purchase point.
