i used flashfxp to backup my hd to my computer and then swiched hds and loaded my old info on to my new hd is there any problems with that?

Well unless you are signed up to xboxlive already then no. I'm assuming that your new harddrive is working in your XBOX. If you are already signed up to xboxlive then you will get banned because of swapping your harddrive.

I HAVE XBOX LIVE

i have been on xbox live, but i had to transfer it with a memory card and it works so.............

It might work for a while, but when ms find that your hdd is upgraded they can ban you from xboxlive. Something to do with the EEPROM I think. Unless you sorted that too.

when i used flashFXP I COPIED EVERYTHING even saved games

so would that thing be copied to???

I'm not sure, it would be best to ask floppy mohawk or fantmx, they should know. It's funny 'cos I know everything about xbox except for EEPROM lol.

Yes, if you have logged onto xbox live at any time before upgrading your Hard drive with that xbox, then you will most likely get banned. There are some exceptions where people have gotten on and not gotten banned. Some say that if they got rid of that gamertag before switching HD's and signed up again with the new one they didn't get banned. Others say if they used account recovery when they upgraded they haven't gotten banned. These stories are rare, 90% of the time if you upgrade your Hard Drive AFTER signing up/using for xbox live you will get banned.
