LITEON DG-16D2S I think I fried my pcb. Have no keys.

I believe I fried my pcb and my laser. Now jf will not detect drive to get the keys. Is there anything I can do? All help is appreciated.

what kit are you using to get the key

What dashboard do you have (found in console settings) you may be able to RGH the console.

Send the pcb to someone that can solder.

In the case of a spelling error, I blame Tapatalk.

I was using a homemade probe with toggle switch, powered by the console. when i powered on the laser burned and smoked now jf cant detect.

You will probably have to rgh it to get the key then, it would be best to send it to someone with the setup to rgh it get your key and set you up with a used drive.

People on might do it way cheaper

I don't believe the LITEON DG-16D2S is supported with a TX PCB.

? the DG-16D2S is a phat liteon lol so why does it need a pcb other than another stock pcb. still wont help without the key though. rgh for that now or send your pcb to a repairer and hope they can salvage it

Get another liteon board and bridge and replace like my pic, and make sure you plug it in the right way

And yes you need a soldering iron,...
